Wk3: Day2,3 and 5: supersets
Getting a little creative here with my workout due to not getting it done yesterday......but to my horror, I just realized I missed the arms workout and will be away over the week-end, so tomorrow's a no go to catch up on it........well, maybe IF I am feeling ambitious later this evening I can get that one done too.....(minus the cardio portions as that can always get done no matter where I am) Geez and here I ws thinking I was pretty smart to combine workouts oh well......it all works out in the end I'm sure.......the training police aren't gonna come and put me in shackles and take away my toys as punishment so I'll live!
anyhoo the day's stuff did go down like this!
Day2,3 and 5....chest, legs and abs
Incline BB Chest Press: 3x10,12,10@60,55,60
Leg Extension: 3x10,12,10@54,47,54
Decline chest press: 3x10,12,10@60,55,60
Single Leg Curls: 3x10,12,10@23.5,21,23.5
Flat Flyes: 3x10,12,10@25,20,25
Smith Machine calve raises: 3x10,12,10@105,100,105
Abs: tri-set
Weighted hanging knee raise: 3x10,12,10@25,20,25
Weighted Crunches: 3x10,12,10@40,35,40
V-sits: 3x to failure ( I did these unweighted as my form truly sucks weighted)
today's eats;
m1) ew poached in broth, grapefruit
m2) 11 almonds and POW shake
m3) spinach and tuna w/ udo's and applecider vinegar
m4) cottage cheese and grapes
m5) turkey meatloaf, steamed spinach w/ evoo lemon and garlic
m6) protein n' water + glutamine b4 bed
~Now must go and cook, cook, cook for the long week-end as we will be away the entire time and I need my CLEAN eats!!
