Great thread! I will be checking this one regularly.

I love this sport. I have been playing since I was six - I was fortunate enough to play for a team that traveled throughout the Western US and also won some state championships here and there. The first few months I was back from college I ran into a friend and started coaching with him that season. Since then (nearly 7 years ago) I have been coaching girls for the same club I played for as a kid. We are traveling to many of the tournaments I played in a while back.

I have coached all ages from 9 through 17. I am also the head coach of a girls varsity high school team. It's a pretty cool deal - I got the job a few months ago and "inherit" a program that has won the last two high school state championships. No pressure at all, right?!
