Oh my......lots and lots of time left. Will you be using a coach at all for this gig? It would just seem common sense to me especially for one's first competition to get as much experienced guidance as possible or as is available to you........that way you'll be prepared all the way.
Have you read any of toonces comp prep thread at all? There is a wealth of nutritional info in there.......I think even Linda would be asking you to be more specific with your portion sizes as well.......and pics are helpful even for yourself to use as a measure, especially if you are doing this all on your own. You can find a weatlh of info and inspiration here as well.....
