I work as a hypnotist and hypnosis trainer in australia. I have worked with numbers of bodybuilders and I would say that out of all the athletes I have worked with they are least aware of how much mental training could help them perfom better, grow more muscle and recover faster.
I think it was one of the members of the russian powerlifting team who said they focus 70 % on mental training and 30% on physical .
I'm not saying that is a good percentage just what the russian powerlifting team did.
I am soon to release a hypnosis/ bodybuilding program.From what I can tell there is nothing like this program on the market.
A bodybuilder who decides to use hypnosis to improve sleeping patterns......performance will improve
or motivation , or for adjusting smoothly nutrition changes.
With physical, mental , emotional and spiritual life attended to any athlete will become much more effective
