Never tried yoga myself, but I have heard it is good. I have done tai chi and I have found it relaxing and allows you to be more flexible and you learn a martial arts that could be beneficial in the long run. So you can give that a try.

Default Yoga or something

I will tell you that I just recently tried Yoga and was surprised how weight bearing it actually is. I am sore the next day, so I wouldn't say relaxing. That being said I think it is a great new addition to my work out.

Yoga can be both relaxing and a great workout. To get the full benefit you need to incorporate yogic breathing into the asanas (postures). Ask the instructor to indicate when to inhale and when to exhale. After a while it becomes second nature and you'll feel the relaxing effect.

Ashtanga is a great form of yoga for getting a real workout.
Kundalini is a different form that really emphasizes deep breathing. It's a great class to take on a Saturday morning to recharge after the week.

For WannaGetThere, Google "Rodney Yee" for some excellent videos.
