Introducing Buffhead
Hi All Im New To This Site.
I Am On Here As I Have Lost Weight And Do Not Want To Loose More, But I Really Need To Tone Up. I Am Currently 9stone 11lbs. I Am Now Happy With My Weight But Not My Hips, Stomach Etc.
I Always Do Cardio Work Outs In The Gym, But Im Still Not Happy With My Stomach And Hips Etc.
Does Anybody Recoomend Any New Things For Me To Try Out In The Gym? Any Certain Exeercises? And Foods To Avoid / Eat More Of?
