i have never exercise my glutes with this "women exercises" for long periods, sometimes i have done but i never felt that my glutes were -specifically- working,
i have always thought that if women were more into lunges and squats they´ll look better,
so i think those burn-exercises not worth the time for building or getting a better glutes, they mostly burn fat.
