does this make you lose fat? i know you burn fat of when you running and sweating so laying in a sauna should help shouldnt it? as you do sweat like a git like

Nope.

Fat is burned when your body requires more energy than you're giving it. The sweat is because your body is warm and trying to cool off, not necessarily because of any fat loss.

You'll lose some heavyness cause of the body fluidsyou lose! for a few hours!

As soon as you replenish it will come back though... and im not sure you'd be able to tell from looking

you will burn some calories, but no more then going on a light paced short walk which is much better for you!

probably not. as pliny_2001 said, you'll have to expend more energy than you consume. And to do that you'll have to get your heart rate up (in other words, higher than your resting pulse) but a sauna sure feels pretty damn good i wont deny that

mmm i understand i was thinking alone lines of. clenbutrol rises body temp to burn fat and i though sauna would do same thing. but i suppose with the clen u sweat more but you also doing a activity
