Default Cardio sessesions at home

Well, considering my gym that I use is a public church that is free of charge closes at erratic times for a couple of days. They have been doing this a lot lately and it just hurts my growth and development. Im just curious is there anything i can do, besides running at the moment(physically cant run after a squat day) that i can do to match my 25 minute 4 mile run everday at the gym. Possibly jump ropping, anything would be great. Oh and any body ruituin workout at home i could to kinda match the amount of calories burned at the gym? Thanks for any replies.

you can do skipping. its a good cardio exercise. try skipping 1000 skips. with 100 in each set. do 10 sets of them..i do this daily after warm up and before hitting the weight. do variations in the skipping.
like one leg skipping.scissors skipping.

Box jumps are good. I do those between sets on leg day to keep my heart rate up.

jump rope 1 min, push ups, sprint 40 yds, agility latter (lay the jump rope down and go over it side to side with both feet) split jumps. repeat, and do this for 15, 20 mins. You'll be beat!
