Unfit
Hey guys im new to this forum! Well im 16 and in school i checked out my heart rate with a monitor and it was 100 at rest! i was really suprised as i thought i was fit!! lmao i weight 9stone which is average for my age and i am toned as would tend to do the weights but i dont usually run! i play football for a team and the season is over now so there hasnt been any training! im just wonder which is the best way for me to become fit again? and what way should i go about doin it? lol thnx guys any help will be apreciated!
