how do you do a neck spring, i have tried a few time but i just seem to come 6 inches of the floor and back down again, i know it is difficult without seeing me make a mess of this, but does anybody have any tips as to where i am going wrong?

well its all todo with momentum.

firstly, you'll have to kick out/up with ur legs to get some momentum first, and then push off with ur hands....as soon as your body is somewhat "halfway" in the air, then you've really gota try and make the top half of the body upright...
because no matter how much "air" you get from the first two steps...
you'll fall back on ur back unless you can make the centre of gravity inline with ur feet...(i,e the finishing position)

its hard todo the first one properly, but as soon as you get used to it, and find you have no problem doing that, then its easy to flip up without the aid of ur arms pushing too.
