Default Power Plates?

They claim to be able to replace regular cardio work outs. Does anyone own/use one?

I had to Google this one...Now that I know what you're talking about, it kind of reminds me of those silly videos from the early 1900's with the big belt around their waists, shaking them like crazy. As a one-time massage therapist, I recall the benefits of vibratory stimulation to soft tissue. I can tell you that it will excite the nervous system which can have benefits, but I don;t think this will replace regular cardiovascular exercise or weight training.
