Question Cardio after intense workout?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering what you think about my cardio post-workout. Most of the time I never go much above 120 bpm, so it isn't too intense. The problem being that my workout is very intense (see in my fitness blog if you want to), has short rest periods between sets, and I sweat a ton! So by the time I come around to my cardio I'm two shirts into my workout. I'm wondering if I should just save my cardio (either low intensity or short hill sprints) for some later time at night when I've restored some glycogen.

I'd appreciate some advice, anecdotes also welcome.

ding!
