For the month of June we're giving away a new Sony PSP player!

Rules are as follows:

. All qualifying posts in a non-Babe forum will be eligible (last giveaway was for the Babe group, this one is for everyone else). Posters will be randomly drawn from all posts made during May and June months - any posts deemed "worthless" will be reselected. What does this mean? It means that someone who posts a smiley or a three word response will not likely be selected for the drawing but someone who is responsive or posting material which is informative will have a better chance of being selected.
. Site Supporters get one extra entry (twice the chance to win) as nonsupporters. (It pays to be a site supporter!). What this means is, everyone who posts gets one chance at the prize - site supporters who post get two chances. If you aren't a site supporter, you should consider it. Check the Announcement thread at the top of the forum for more information on being a site supporter.
. A 10-3-1 elimination rounds will begin July 1st with winner being announced on Friday July 3rd.
. The winner will be notified via PM and will have 5 days to reply or will forfit their prize for a redraw from the top 3 semi-finalists.
. Delivery subject to availablility, video game will be purchased through Best Buy and delivered. If a non-US member wins, at our option, we will PayPal the winner $249 in lieu of the game device.
. Rules are subject to change, any changes will be posted here in this thread.

Sure - the names and posts will be randomly drawn by the computer. I'll redraw for any posts which are "unqualified" - but the computer will be using a random script to make it fair. The only two people ineligible are me and the winner of the iPod last month.

I would reword that so that it says...

Delivery subject to availablility, video game system will be purchased through Best Buy and delivered.

The phrase "game" seems to indicate that the person would be winning a game for the PSP and not the system.

Just my two cents.
