Our
Training Blogs section has been updated to allow our members to track their cardio activity. By entering in your cardio activity, you create a log of your workouts over time - you can watch as you improve your stats or compare your stats to others.
Here is an example of a time sheet:

You can add new activity times covering biking, running/marathons and stationary equipment (like treadmills and stationary bikes). Average times, speeds and total calories are computed and displayed for each category of activity you add data for.
You can get started by clicking on the Add Activity link in the menu section of the Training Blogs.
In the near future we will offer this same kind of tracking for weight training and split events like triathelons.
