Talking THANK YOU to EF members, mods! I WON!
I competed on Saturday as many of you know and many of you have been counting down with me ~
I am happy to say I won the fitness and overall!

I am now on to prepare for the BC Fitness Championships!!!
At this point I have no date but guesstimate around July 08.

I hit a new level with my diet, training and end result and I THANK you all because in all my years competing this has been the most supported year I have had!
So many of you chimed in with pushes of encouragement through injury and obstacles that I had gone through and gave me a HUGE mental boost!!!!!

I gotta say you really deserved this with all the effort you've put in it, working through pain and injuries, going to the gym and watching your diet when all you feel like doing is sitting on the couch watching your favorite show while eating chocolate fudge ice cream...
