Talking THANK YOU to EF members, mods! I WON!
I competed on Saturday as many of you know and many of you have been counting down with me ~
I am happy to say I won the fitness and overall!

I am now on to prepare for the BC Fitness Championships!!!
At this point I have no date but guesstimate around July 08.

I hit a new level with my diet, training and end result and I THANK you all because in all my years competing this has been the most supported year I have had!
So many of you chimed in with pushes of encouragement through injury and obstacles that I had gone through and gave me a HUGE mental boost!!!!!
