Welcome to all the new posters...
I have noticed quite a few new posters of late. 
Great to see I must say....Unlike some sites you may go to we here at EF will make you more than welcome to join in the banter.I have had some horrid times whilst surfing in my day to say the least.
Even when I first came here way back when... I had a tough time getting into the flow so to speak. 
So to you new blokes,great to see you and have fun.We have a few rules to help the site be easy to manage,just find them and read and all will be cool.

Likewise, it's great to see all you new guys and gals EF is a great and FRIENDLY environment where you can share lots of good information about working out, sports, contests, or just kick back in the cafe' and banter about all sorts of topics.
BTW, the picture forums are kept tasteful and respectful. Please enjoy them at your leisure but familiarize yourself with the rules which are posted in a sticky at the top of the picture threads.
Have a great time visiting this site! You'll find many new friends who are very knowledgeable and friendly here! |
