Whole Foods refers to natural foods...protein shakes can fit into that(many do anyway, except the ones with color added or synthesized protein). it just means consuming something that basically is not synthetically created, no additives, preservatives,GMOs or the like. (thats how i understand it anyway, i'm not positive if adonis was talking about the technical meaning or just meant exactly what oldfart said)

Makes me want to go buy an exercise ball and lift weights again. I miss those days. Now I'm too lazy sitting my ass off over at the babe section. I need to lose my gut. Thanks for the motivation!

Question, is it really that bad to eat cheeseburgers or some kinda junk food once in a while? Like 3 times a week for 1 meal?

3 cheeseburgers per week is not a good habit, especially over the years. Eating higher fat foods, like fast-food burgers, eventually leads to ATHEROSCLEROSIS (cholesterol depositing in your arteries). This is one of the main reasons for our non-spectacular health record in the U.S.
If possible, find a more nutritionally dense alternative.
Peace!

I really need to back to this, maybe prepare things at home and take them to work. Do you guys know where I can find diet recipes? Maybe in this site?

For me the healthy choice dinners are excellent. Not a lot off food but 6 a day with some yogurt, egg whites and oat meal mixed in the morning and night and im good to go. So thats about 8 meals. The dinners are cheap and complete, I usually do not eat the dessert.
I have a buddy i work with who eats like one or two meals a day and is becoming a real fat ass. Yet he calls me a pig because i eat so much. I have little fat at all. It just shows two things that eating every 2 to 3 hours works extremely well and that people try to knock you down when their jelous. Thus the reason I like forums like this. It's filled with winners helping winners. Healthy choice dinner about $2.50 Mcdonalds meal about $4.00 you do the math.

I've eaten those a couple of times at work. As you said, definately NOT much food in them, but it isn't too bad really.
I just stick to eating a bowl of Kashi cereal or some similar fiber/protein-packed cereal.
