Okay, looking to start this on Monday...should be good! Looking forward to it.
First question; is supersetting these exercises throughout the workout really essential? Just my gym isn't huge, and the times i am available to train (after work), the gym is usually quite full, so i don't think people will appreciate me hogging two stations at a time! And it's rare there will ever be two stations available at once anyways.
EDIT:
Question two; is it okay to perform this routine Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday instead of Monday Tuesday Thursday and Saturday? Since these are the only days i can attend the gym.
Question two bee; If i am performing this routine 2 days on, 1 off, 2 days on, and abs and lower back are to be trained three times, which days and which exercises would be best?
