need.. something else...
see i used to be lean, real lean, with glorious abs..
then .. well a year of.. lazing around, eating lotsa bread and steaks and stuff with minimum workouts... got me some extra fat... around the tummy mostly...
and then ive been working out all summer... i can feel the vigor back in my body, and the abs feeel rock hard,... but they just have a layer of fat shielding them :P
irritating.... is this diet related???
or do i need more cardio???
or.. am i just not as young as i used to be? :P
