So after all South Africa and Team Barloworld's success at the Tour recently, we get the sad news that Ryan Cox died yesterday.

he was a great friend, a real talent on the bike, and I am so sad to see him gone.

Wow! So he had a rupture after the surgery and returned home for training? If I get that article, they were saying he probably went back too early. How horrible.
