Exclamation Important Chest Issue

Hi guys,

I recntley looked at my upper body in the mirror and realised my left chest is muscular and developed whilst my right chest is flat!, first i couldnt understand it because i always use my right arm for training, always use my right side for strenghth, but for sum reasong the left chest is much more developed. My right bicep muscle r bigger than the left arm, yet my left chest has more muscle thn the right!?!?

wht can i do to make the right one more even with the left?

note: i cant go to the gym, and i have no gym equipment, i do classic runs situps and pressups.

keep doing them, also, mabey you had a tight back muscle on the right side, pulling your chest a bit more flat, could have been a bad pose thats all

Make sure you're pushing equally on both sides and not favoring one side or another. With pushups both arms should bend at the same time and straighten at the same time, keeping your body rigid.

adonis: it wasnt a bad pose i even felt em 1 is much more musculer thn the other

old_fart2: if u continue to do correct pressups, how would the right become the same as left? wouldnt he left increase at the same time also?

maybe i need to do 1 handed press ups with the right hand????

I just suspect you're not pushing equally with both arms or contorting your body in the process. If you're putting equal stress on both sides of the muscle, both sides will grow. You may be genetically predispossed to develop more on one side than the other (most of us are) but as you progress, the difference will become less noticible.
