Navy Seal Pushups
aight i just added these to my push up routine that i posted a week or so ago...and im not gonna lie they look and sound stupid but ill be damned if they dont work....
start out with your ass way in the air makin your body form the shape of a /\...in a swooping motion with your chest almost touching the floor go to where your body is in the shape of a U almost...and then swooping back down with your chest almost hitting the floor once again back to original position....
aight youll feel stupid and it looks like your humping the floor but damn these things work....try it out

They sound the same. BTW, has anyone here ever done any of Matt Furey's stuff? Hindu pushups, hindu squats, back bridge. I haven't done any of it but read about it and wondered if it's any good for general core strength or if it's more of a fad type thing. Comments?

Lately I've been doing Pavel's single arm single leg pushups.
He also recomends doing alot of variations of single arm pushups, single arm hindu pushups and pistols (one legged squats).

I did those in Karate many moons ago and they were called Japanese pushups, seems these have multiple owners.

dude these are Hindu style pushups.
the navy,,, does these when the tadpoles cant do
anymore of the regular style pushups...
they give you alittle time to rest in the A position you referenced....
Great exersize for building core stregnth in the shoulders, and tri's and
back....

dang, is it just me?
I HATE those type of sites...the rambling verbose web page that's a mile long, with all the key buzz words in bold...then at the bottom...GET ALL THE SECRETS TO MAKE YOU HUGE, THAT KNOW ONE KNOWS BUT ME..." and the "this information has a value of $199 (who says") but you can have it for $50 off" ...like this guy invented something know one has ever thought of before...sheesh
granted this guy may have great info, but the hokey sales flier turns me off right away...

Agreed Mathey. That's why I included some sites with some real information. Just an attempt to wade through the BS. It's kinda like finding a diamond in a pile of sheep dung.
