Buying a new Bench
Hello all..
Im thinking about buying a new bench for my home, as i do not really go to the gym. I was thinking about this one http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...12231186502498
(Yea its Walmart... :gives: .....but it seems to be the cheapest and holds the widest variety)I am a beginner to the benchs (incline/decline workouts), but have been doing free weights on and off for past couple of years. Looking for a bench that has a wide variety and is under $200. Thanks for any suggestions.

Well if you have to buy a bench it doesnt need to be expensive. That one seems fine to me, its looks better than mine and its cheap. Its just my opinion but I think if you want a bench go for that one, it seems fine to me. Hope this helps

LOL yeah that is cheap! Fock me! I paid the equivalent of about $120 for my bench and it ain't half as good as that one. But then again, it is a Weider, so I presume the build quality is probably the best you can get. My bench doesn't do decline, so I think this one that you've got your eye on is a safe bet. M

As long as you never squat or bench over 310 pounds, you'll be OK.

This looks like a good bench...soon you will work your way up to the 95lb. squat
I'm just kidding of course...this DOES look like a decent beginners bench.
