Saturday while benching, I sprained my wrist slightly. Not sure how, might even been putting it back on the rack somehow. Did not have a lot of pain, but I did cut my workout short to lessen the severity. Sunday when I woke up, it was real stiff, and was much more sore. After an ice pack and inactivity, today it is close to normal, although with some severe movements to it I can feel some slight pain.
Question is this - when should I resume my workouts? My next schedule workout is arms / back, and wrist will be heavily involved. I did a search or prior posts and could not find this subject per se, but did find the following site form Old Fart's previous post on recovery:

I don't want to push it, rather wait a day or two than sprain it further and have to take a week off (I am seeing great, noticeable to others gains now and am chomping at the bit to get back)>
