Default My work out

my work out for the week is sunday cardo
mon triceps then biceps
tue chest
wed back
thur shoulders
friday and sat off
i dont do legs yet but i am starting this week i have beeen doing this work out for a year but chest never gets big but arms do can anyone give me a better week work out i am taking muscle milk 4 times a day dbol10 3 times a day and sustanon 250 once a week i am 5/8 190 trying to to get to 200

Why not legs before? Are you using compound lifts? To build overall muscle, you need to build the core.

if your on the gear i dont think your doing it right at all, do your research first otherwise you will pay for misusing the stuff, talk to Adonis or Forbbs for this and make sure your juice is good quality

i think your chest is not growing and everyhting else is because your doing it after arms and so they may be knackered when it comes to your chest presses so you cannot lift the most weight to build the most muscle efficiently or it could be that your actual program aint right, post your program and routine with all lifts and repxsets etc

in the meantime i would recommend switching it to:
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-rest
thurs-legs
fri-arms and shoulders
sat and sun - rest or cardio

this looks better and everything is spaced more so that each muscle group has more energy to perform better

you need to post your diet and routine for more help, and get some advice and research about your gear a.s.a.p or you will regret it

and i forgot to mention, if you alredy havnt....try full body workouts, these can make you grow!
