if your on the gear i dont think your doing it right at all, do your research first otherwise you will pay for misusing the stuff, talk to Adonis or Forbbs for this and make sure your juice is good quality
i think your chest is not growing and everyhting else is because your doing it after arms and so they may be knackered when it comes to your chest presses so you cannot lift the most weight to build the most muscle efficiently or it could be that your actual program aint right, post your program and routine with all lifts and repxsets etc
in the meantime i would recommend switching it to:
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-rest
thurs-legs
fri-arms and shoulders
sat and sun - rest or cardio
this looks better and everything is spaced more so that each muscle group has more energy to perform better
you need to post your diet and routine for more help, and get some advice and research about your gear a.s.a.p or you will regret it
