Halloween
All right, who's gonna kill their diet tonight?!?
I'm taking my 5 year old out trick or treating in an hour or so... I've been really good thus far - I haven't touched one candy as of yet and we've had a big bowl sitting on the counter for a week... Unfortunately, I'm somewhat in a cutting phase right now...
I'm sure I'll slip tonight though - ah, I'll "Spin" for a couple hours later this week.

LOL. I can relate Golatta. Haven't touched one Halloween candy this year. But when the kiddos come home with that first Reese's - who knows? Hahaha

Oh yeah, I ate about 2lbs of candy tonight. I've probably only consumed about 2-3 grams of sugar in the last several weeks...I'll most likely slip into a diabetic coma later this evening.... oh well, it tasted awfully good at the time.... now I feel guilty as hell. Too bad I'm not currently "bulking."

Yeah, I admit, I had a few. We went to some friends house and I announced that I had never eaten a Butterfingers bar before. So naturally they forced me to eat one. Then, I figured I need some energy to keep up with the kids, so I grabbed some M&M's. And, you know, on and on.......

They were OK. I'd rather have a big bowl of Breyer's ice cream, though, if I'm going to cheat.
I failed to mention the 2-3 Corona's I had also.
OK, I was bad.

Next time make 'em Corona Lights. Half the calories and you really can't taste the difference. Ofcourse then you tell yourself it's alright to have 6...

Well, I purged my guilt @ lunchtime.
Had a grueling leg workout (about 12 sets of squats) lasting about an hour and then I got on the bike and worked hard for another 40 minutes....
'course, I could barely walk out of the gym, but at least I reversed the caloric damage from last night... Man, I'm starting to sound like an anorexic woman! Ah, it's just that I am really commited to getting rid of the extra fat. Gets harder as you get older...
