howdy again

ok. another quickie.. i use to work out mon, wed, fri.. i know that im not suppose to over train.. and a workout routine in the thread says not to workout 2 days in a row.. I find my self the best time for me to work out is after school, other wise after work i wouldnt be able to motivate my self to go to the gym..

but ne ways... our weight room at our football field use to be open mon, wed, fri, but now since a new teacher opens it, hes a lazy mofo and only cares about him self, so the idiot opens it mon, tue, and thurs. will lighting 2 days in a row hurt me? or is there a routine i can do that wont hurt me?

2 consecutive days will not hurt you unless you preform exercises for the same body part. I lift seven days a week, so no you will be fine, just don't use the same body part. Do chest and back on monday with arms on tuesday

you can of course lift 2 days in a row as poker says so long as you are not hitting the same muscle groups

poker, lifting 7 days a week is not good regardless if your not hitting the same muscle because you cannot really completly aviod using certain muscles when training others, eg you cant avoid using shoulders when training chest or avoid bis when training back

No offense, but if you can workout 7 days a week your not working out hard/heavy enough. What does your 7day routine look like?

There is no way! If you, poker, go Arnold style and hit it seven days a week, we need to set up a help thread for you.

Yes, I go to the gym at least 6 days a week, 7 if I can make it. Only cardio on one day though.
