Default Toss my old weights?

No big deal to the pros but I’m now able to curl and do full sets with the 40lb dumbbell that use to gather dust under my desk, where as before I could barely squeeze one curl out with my strong arm just this January. Should I move on to heavier weights and toss the old thing? Or is there some merit in continuing to train with the same weight?

wait until you can easily complete 3 sets of more than 12 reps

it depends on your goal/s?

Why not keep them and use them for other exercises?
Or instead of tossing them sell them on craigslist.

why not keepo the 40lbs weight, and get a heavier one as well.
Perhaps more than biceps curls in your next program if you would like to see some good results.
