Default Hey Guys/Gals

Hey, I was looking around here...and decided to register..anyways, I am working to have a better body...I am in alright shape now, and I am very active in sports but I need to gain muscle. I am about 5'7 and I weigh around 145 pounds. I am also beginning to run 10 minutes, morning and evening, and I am doing situps every other night. I do not have a weight set however...I DO have a 'Crossbow' thinga majig.

Can anyone tell me some exercises that I can do to increase my strength? The only things I can do besides the crossbow, are pullups, and dumb bells.


I'll post a pic later too ..maybe

I will do u a favor (and others) I will make a thread dedicated to just bodyweight exercises. I know alot and I have at least 1 for just about every muscle (even the face and neck). The thing is that I may be able to find some on the net for me to copy and paste, but the majority I will have to explain how to do them on my own, so it will take a while to write it up. I have been pretty busy with school recently so I will make the post in different parts on Microsoft Word. little by little and when the school semester is over May 3rd I will finish it up and post it here.

I know u almost gotta wait a month, but maybe others will give u some between then and now. Stick around though anyway and soak up all the info u can.
