Hey, I was looking around here...and decided to register..anyways, I am working to have a better body...I am in alright shape now, and I am very active in sports but I need to gain muscle. I am about 5'7 and I weigh around 145 pounds. I am also beginning to run 10 minutes, morning and evening, and I am doing situps every other night. I do not have a weight set however...I DO have a 'Crossbow' thinga majig.
Can anyone tell me some exercises that I can do to increase my strength? The only things I can do besides the crossbow, are pullups, and dumb bells.
