people are probably gonna disagree with me here.... creatine is useless. when ingested it is broken down in the stomach into a protein and the remaining phosphate group is pretty much peed out. so what ur pretty much doing is eating more protein in ur diet. some ppl when increasing protein compsumption eat less carbs thus lacking that energy. so try to eat more good carbs not just lollies to increase ur energy levels.
the weird thing is i have tried creatine and i found it beneficial. i did not see huge gains in my lifting but i looked more pumped in the chest i could see more muscle fibres and my running fitness improve greatly. mybe it something else who knows i gotta try the creatine again and test it out.
ps. dont quote me on the creatine components i cant remember exactly what happens but its pretty close to that effect.

Creatine, from what I understand, is another type of protein, yes. However, it causes the muscles to retain water, which helps in the long run.
Blarg, where's someone who knows their supps?

after training for along time you deplete your muscels of aap and when you use creatine it replenishes that, works pretty good but also causes bloat i cycle it myself like when bulking i expect to bloat anyway..... maybe it has nothing to do with the creatine maybe your overtraining or its somthing in your diet

Ok.
There are about five hundred million and twelve articles on creatine if you run a search of this forum, google, bodybuilding sites, powerlifting sites, etc, that will give you the actual terminologies that people are saying they can't quite remember as well as exactly how creatine is metabolized and how it is used for energy production and how it leads to cell volumization, etc. Most of them are over one page, but worth it. It has very real benefits, but it's not magic.

there's already ATP in your cells, and creatine just adds to this. Your body doesnt like the imbalance so forces more water in the cells to dilute it.
The text books give research to backup that it works....but personally....i dont think it had much effect....
