I'll be starting a 6 week cycle soon....

i really need a killer program with diet too...

any input or programs woud be awesome.

Hello every body

can you help me ?

do you believe what i do is good

so I eat a good breakfirst with cereal ( or muesli ), eggs, juice fruit, coffee....

and the two other meal I take 30 grams of whei protéin and i don't like this because is just liquid....

Please advice me

( sorry for my English because my mother language is french....)

yes that's what I have eat for a moment but actually I eat so much

Accordind me tommorow Begin again my diet with protein ..... Except if you have some advice to share with me...
