I juz came across the above chart and was juz curious, if what the chat shown is true then how shld one have a post workout meal that is suppose to consist of high glycemic carbo and protien to aid in muscle repair???
I was thinking, going by the chart, every meal would be digested surely and SLOWLY without the spike in insulin??? Which wouldnt help in muscle growth and repair and healthier???
I was thinking some of u may think it is bullshit??? I genarally think it MAY hold some truth in terms of overall health as long as the daily food intake ratio stays constant (40-30-30)
