Been asked not so long ago and no, you can't make your wrists bigger. It's mostly bones and ligaments and those don't really grow.
Like most of us thin-wristed tough guys, you'll have to impress the ladies with your bulging forearms. Sorry.

I'm not sure if you're referring to your entire forearm or just your wrist, maxpayne. For your forearms, there are plenty of exercises out there to increase your forearm size and strength. For example, Reverse Curls target the forearms. You can also take a barbell, dumbbell, or weight plate and just flex your wrist upwards to get a nice burn in your forearms. Then, flip your arm over and workout your forearms that way.
But, as far as making your wrists bigger, you'll just have to leave that to genetics.

another somewhat non-traditional forearm/wrist exercise is the rice bucket.
take a bucket(like a baseball bucket) and fill it with 40 lbs of rice, the industrial size ones at walmart or sams club. then stick your hands in there and do circles, and grabs, and make a fist and dig to the bottom, and many other variations. this is cheaper than dumbells and produces gr8 results. i used to have tiny forearms, and then when i broke my elbow, they showed me this at the physical therapy place (fischer sports) and ive been doing it at home since then.
