Default OVERtraining Dilemma

Ok. I am 21. 5"11 about 155 lbs and 7% body fat last time i was checked...

My diet is very good imo... three very solid meals with fruits/protein bars/etc in between meals...
Water intake is very high... lots of juices and blah, blah...

I started a routine about a month ago that consists of ONE MUSCLE group per workout... I train for 45 solid minutes with a 15-20 minute abdominal workout to end...

For each muscle group I do about 4-5 exercises with 3-4 sets per exercise...

I'm in 5 out of 7 days a week and my 2 rest days during the week are just random when i feel i need it

Anyhow I just started this routine/diet about a month ago and I saw very rapid gains...

I started experiencing pain in my right shoulder that has persisted for a few days now... The pain is not unbearable, but I went in to do a shoulder workout and it def. effected my performance.....

Could this be a result of overtraining?

Any general ideas about this one muscle group per day thing is appreciated!

It's probably a case of poor form on one or more exercises.

Thanks for the input.... Yeah maybe I'm trying to go too heavy when I am doing my shoulder workouts and not focusing on range of motion so much?

shoulder, leg, back, chest, or arms workouts with poor form could all result in shoulder trauma.

this is most definatly not good, everyone should eat AT LEAST 4 meals per day and can up ro anywhere around 8, considering your stats you should be on 5-6 a day

rest and nutrition are probably not already in check but as Adonis says, most probably bad form, perhaps your lifting too heavy or perhaps one side is doing more than another in some exercises
