weird energy surge during a cut
ya anyway i have been for about a month now. i have lost about 8lbs, and am looking MUCH leaner. I now have a definite 4 pack, with the last two packs looking more and more prominent every week.
One day i felt like going on one of my 7 mile jogs, and so i did, and afterwards it felt like my legs were filled with lava. The next day they were very sore, but i went for another 7 mile jog again that night. The reason for this was that me and a friend went to Red Peppers for dinner. Trust me i did not eat that much at all, and the stuff that i did eat was fairly healthy. I mainly just had salmon. But afterwards my energy levels went up, and i decided to go on another run.
Well after that run my legs didnt feel sore at all. I think this was because of the endorphins. I expected to be sore today, but i am not at all. I went to the gym and had alot of strength. Was this testosterone? Endorphin surge? Energy left over from the buffet?*(but wouldnt this have already been burnt from the 7 mile jog?)
I am also cutting, so how would this kind of energy be possible?
Another thing to take into account is the fact that i have been getting alot of sleep lately, was this the reason for the energy?
