Default Quick question

I did boot camp the other night and it kicked my ass (lots of running, wall squats, calf raises among other things). I was planning on doing lower body tonight at the gym, but am still experiencing a little soreness in my quads. Would it be counter-productive to do squats/deadlifts/calf raises tonight (high intensity)? Should I hold off until they are not sore at all? My hamstrings, glutes, and calves are not sore, just my quads.

Go ahead and go to the gym tonight. You may still feel sore, but your body will adapt to it if you do it.

Thanks. I actually did end up going, and destroying my legs with squats, deadlifts, and standing calf raises. I'm gonna be in rough shape for basketball tomorrow.
