Summer 6 Pack training
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/linda1.htm
Check out my latest article at BB.com regarding basics to training and diet toward a summer 6 pack.
They changed my photos and added their own from their library but what can you do, its part of the deal when you agree to write for them.
Linda

good article. The sample diet provided seems a little light. Was this designed for a woman?
Keep up the good work!

Thanks! Yeah they asked me to write for them in 99 and I never did get things set up right, they also sent me some garb to shoot in and used me in a planet fitness ad a few years back!
I will be growing a library with them similar to shapefit except the bb.com articles are longer. Also be doing some pre contest vids.
I have been writing for Ms. Fitness for awhlie and have been published in Natural Bodybuliding & Fitness, Oxygen, Gym, Burn and a few others.
Of course its always in exchange for exposure, they don't normally pay, although a few have paid me in the past, most were not.
I write for Body Talk regularly as well.
Linda

That's a pretty cool gig. You write for a lot of credible sources.
What you say about money involved in the fitness industry is true, there's not a lot of money involved for models such as yourself. Before my recent show, Clark Bartram was telling all of the competitors what it was like for him to get into the fitness industry. There's not much money for models at all. Most people think that a fitness model or bodybuilder would make thousands of dollars for being on the front of a magazine cover. Eric Carlson who was there with Clark to talk to us only got a $300 pay check for being on his latest front cover. In the fitness and modeling industry, it's more about selling yourself and getting exposed, rather than getting paid for each photoshoot you do.

I'm trying to get in shape and lose my gut. I've been working out but need some tips on what I need to do to get rid of the stomach. I'm looking to start with the ab exercises and find some things with nutrition. This definitely helps. Thanks.

Those are fine, the only time I talk strict is if you are in a hurry, time sensitive for fat loss or competition lean.
