Just wanted to comment on how much my calorie conscience mind was hindering me from packing on teh mass. It was when i stopped caring, that i started having success. I am 225 now. My goal is to be able to rep 250 on bench. Once i reach that goal, i will start cutting again. But until then, my focus is strength.
This needs not many comments. The truth is im bored, and i have nothing to do.
Cheers

i take it when you stopped caring you ate what you wanted. thats probably your first clue to step up your calorie, carb, protein intake. if its strength you want, mix it up a bit however suits you to not being bored and decrease the reps while bringing up the weight.
