Default Core Lifts

Hey all,

I usually do my benching, squatting, dead lifting, and leg pressing on the same day, and I was wondering if this was a mistake. I will usually do these core lifts 2-3 times a week, and take the other days off because I have rugby practice those days. Should I be splitting up the different core lifts for different days?
