Split vs Full Body workout
I was curious the benefits of both so I did some research. I found a good article on t-nation about it.
Here's the article : TESTOSTERONE NATION
So what do you guys and girls prefer?
I think the article nails it.. Splits equal more concentration on those couple of muscles you are working while a full body can often be half assed.

I saw the article. It is great. Just like with everything else, every person needs to tailor it according to his/her needs. I wouldn't characterize that the full body part can often be 'half-assed', but 'less intensive', though.

Full body is only half assed if you make it it half assed. I got good results on full body, but I found it hard to do it for more than 5~6 weeks at a time, it's too hard to recover.

That's the truth. The best workout program won't be worth squat (no pun intended) if the required level of effort isn't put forth.
I typically alternate between splits and total-body routines. If I feel that some bodyparts are lagging, I'll go to a split in order to do more targeted sets. Total-body workouts appear to have helped me preserve muscle mass while cutting.

i utilize both types of workouts all the time, but the fullbody will kill you leaving you drained and partially useless throughout the week if done as intensely as needed.
also the fullbody is more demanding taking up more energy and time. some of us can only fit it in during certain times of the year. really depends on if your current job is demanding physically or not. if your fulltime job requires masses of energy to do you wont survive a fullbody workout very long speaking from experience.

its all relative.............I use both, if anyone is finding their whole body workout easy, let me rework it for you! come train with me and I will make you puke..........
I like splits but use all body whenever maintaining, slacking, sick, time off, coming from off.........

I agree.Im doing only full body workouts and I an tell you it quite hard/demanding.One example I can give is,that if you dont have a GOOD breafast or screw one of your meals, you will be most likely like a corpse for the rest of the day. However if you do it right, you will see great results.

I do splits, I have done full body and what I have come up with that works for me, is I do my splits plus one compound exercise on each lift day....I have seen huge gains doing it this way.
