You are coming along nicely, the color is looking better and yeah, see that is why you need to really color up, you can paint yourself deep dark brownish black and still not look as dark on stage as you do in person.
Definitely need to squeeze the water, you start the diuretics yet? Keep on sweating hard, keep leaning!
btw, craaaaazy awesome lat spread!!!!! Your posing is bang on! You are going to do well!!

Excellent work, Toonces. I can see a big improvement since your previous photos and the "leanness" is starting to set in. Your poses look good too. Keep practicing on holding those poses for long periods of time, because while you're onstage, the judges will have you hold your poses for extended periods of time, which can feel like eternity.
I can't judge this from the picture, but just wanted to put it out there: Make sure your transitions from pose to pose are slow and controlled. Most guys who do a show for the first time will practice their poses, but will make sudden or jerky movements while transitioning from pose to pose. Look confident, slow, and controlled.
Excellent work thus far. You're going to win this!

UPdate...I should have some vid of the first min of my 90 second posing (night) routine up tonight.
I am on dandelion extract, DIM for anti estrogen, tribulus and DHEA for test maintenance. Doing 45 min cardio every day now. Doing upper body/lower body splits, 2 on, 1 off...giant sets with high reps (20, 20, 15, 12) x 4.
Weight = 161. Sodium loading and drinking 1.5 gal of water/day.

way to go!!!! Now be sharper in some of those moves you hit, like your gonna blow me away!!!! baam, baaaam, baaam!! set those shoulders on the rear lat so teh back is not too rounded or you lose the cuts - congrats on getting to this stage!!!
