We all know that if u lift heavy u release more hormone. . .

But hoe much? Is it significant?

Whenever I take a week off I find mysself much less horny lol

When I lift hard I'm usually very in the mood. . .

Found this article:
Weight Training and Testosterone - Muscle Building Testosterone Bodybuilding

Could be too that if you find yourself lounging around on weeks off, you might just have a lack of energy.

Dude that's one of the most informing articles I have ever read.

Thank you. . .

I don't regularly check my blood. .. but I've experienced problems in the sex department which I personally believe are do to low hormone produxtion. . .however my tests very showing some low levels some times normal. .

Anyway, one thing I have noticed is when I'm lifting heavy those days seem to be my problem free days. . .

When I'm 21 I plan to do a beginner cycle. . I'm anxious to see what effect that beginners cycle will have on me not only in the gym, but also the bedroom. . If there is a significant increase in libido I will feel as though even though some tests showed I'm sometimes in the normal range. . . That the majority of the time I'm in the redzone

the problem with lifting weights is most newbies, do not work their legs where your biggest
muscle groups are and tearing them down your body releases powerful hormones which you
need .
