kai greene looks amazing. Cutler much improved over last year. dexter and phil heath haven't made any improvements.

Actually, the days of getting bigger and bigger are over (for now). Jay played the size game (unsuccessfully) with Ronnie for a few years and it wrecked his physique. He finally got his midsection under control this year. Same for Dennis James. Kai needs to get his gut in check and Markus Ruhl will never slim down, but it's nice to see more streamlined physiques!
