Question German volume training...?

I was wondering if anyone had tried cycling some form of 10x10 training into their routines at any point, such as GVT, and if they were pleased with their results, would recommend, etc. Also if they had modified it at all, i've heard of people changing rest times, suspersets, and the isolation exercises. Any input would be appreciated! I don't want to waste my time if it isn't worth it! Thanks!

I did a bit of GVT last year (4wks worth after doing 5x5 for 4wks).....I had to look back in my old journal and it would appear as though I did tri-sets.......only 3 exercises per/ workout. Cardio was not done on the same day either.......I got some great results from that method, but horribly taxing. If you have any weak spots (knees, hips, ebows or shoulders ) use caution. I get piriformis issues and sacroilliac issues, and I had to do alot of stretching to keep those area loose.
