Some variant of pull-ups, but these days, I'm finding the Olympic lifts to be great fun! Power cleans and jerks are my favorites, so far.

Mine is the stiff legged or Romanian dead lift. Then there's the farmers walk. There's too many to just pick one.

Deadlifts are my favorite.
Clean and press is moving up the list fast.

Deads & Squats are the ones that I love to hate! Or hate to love!
Definitely favorite upper body movement is the close grip bench. Feel so big & strong after heavy close grip work.

This may seem funny but I love lying hamstring curls. This gives me the biggest pump I ever feel, even though it is the bicep curl for the lower extremities.

Squats. As much as I hate leg days, its a helluva good burn after its all done. Feels like tons of stuff gets worked from one exercise.

Walking lunges... I do them every saturday morning with a group of girls, we lunge up a hill 10times (88 lunges for 1) Not only does it work your legs but it gets your butt too!!

100 meter freestyle swimming and 5k running for cardio; 5x5 benching or weighted dips for lifting; ring work or plyometrics for making it obvious that I'm not capable for picking one favorite. I love it all!
