Need some info...
Hey I just singed up for a personal traniner, and joind a gym. I made a choice to lose weight and I know that I will stick to it. I weigh around 210 and im 6'2.
I would have alot of time to work out, and would like to know roughly around how much time it would take to tone my body. Im not hopping for a month or a half a year, I know it will take alot longer. But around how long would it take?
Eather way im going to stick to it no matter what, even if it takes me 10 years.
If somone could help me know how long it would take me, it would be apreshiated!
