hey i have a benchpress comp. on Jan. 29 and i was wondering how should i train the week prior to the day of the comp. thanks.

I would load creatine at this point in order to have artificially high levels for competition, for one

shit... im guess im late on this one. What organization was it you competed in? Was it raw or with a bench shirt? And of course how did you do?
