Thanks Killa Z,,,,

I stopped by hoping to get a few tips on Bulking up.. I'd like to put a few pounds on,, like 15 or 20 if possible...
I've hit a wall and it's getting very frustrating.......... Maybe someone has an Idea or 2 for me.........

I'm sure you'll need some info. from me.........so ask away......... If it's of a personal nature and we all know what I 'm refering to e-mail me..........

Default I switch up monthly

I do Chest tri's , shoulders and Abs...... monday
Back Bi's and ads. Tuesday
Legs Weds
Thurdays the same as monday, friday the same a tues. and Sat. Legs
Sunday i either fuckin Dye or do odd ball shit......... forearms neck that kind of thing...

I haven't done much cardio at all.........
when I switch I basically just flip the days around and alter my exerises...
