Question 5 days training help!!!

Hello there:

I've been working out for about a year and a have at gym, but the last three months I work out at home cause of my job. I've bee trying to use a five days routine:

Monday- Chess
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- Shoulder
Thursday- Legs
Friday- Biceps / Abs.

I doing four or five excercises with 4 cycles of 12-15 reps.

My goal is to get some muscle definition and lose some weight. Right now I'm 171 pounds (about 80kg).

My question are:

Is this routine correct for me?
How many excersices should i do for body part without overtraining?
I hate cardio... can I get some calories burn without it?

I'll wait for your wisdom

Yes, that looks good but 30 mins cardio3 times pre week at a moderate intensity is also needed, also diet plays a big part....
How many excersices should i do for body part without overtraining? avg of 3 is good

There must be something you will do....even if you do 10 mins on 3 machines to keep away from boredom
